Echelon Sports Marketing is an athlete-focused brand consulting firm that facilitates small-scale NIL opportunities between athletes and local businesses. We work with athletes to develop professional pitch materials, identify aligned brand partnerships, and execute NIL activations in a structured and responsible manner.

Our work is centered on clarity, education, and long-term value for both athletes and brands.

 

Why Echelon Exists

Echelon Sports Marketing was founded to serve Division III athletes, a group that is often overlooked in the NIL marketplace despite the time, discipline, and commitment required to compete at the collegiate level. While much of the NIL landscape is concentrated at the Division I and Division II levels, we believe meaningful opportunities also exist at the local and community level.

We work with athletes across a wide range of sports, including basketball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, and more. These athletes are connected with small and local businesses that may not have the resources to pursue large-scale collegiate partnerships but see value in authentic, community-driven collaborations.

The NIL space continues to evolve, and many partnerships lack structure, transparency, or a clear understanding of how the process should work. Echelon provides an education-first framework that helps athletes and brands navigate NIL opportunities with confidence and professionalism.
