Matthew is a student at Brandeis University studying Politics with a strong interest in business, strategy, and relationship development. In his role, Matthew will support ESM's operations and partnership initiatives, helping strengthen the systems, processes, and relationships that drive successful NIL campaigns and brand collaborations.

On-Camera Social Media Intern
Ava will support ESM's social media initiatives by creating engaging content across our digital platforms and helping communicate our mission, athlete opportunities, and services. Through her on-camera presence and creativity, she will play a key role in growing our brand and connecting with athletes, partners, and the sports business community.


Lily Kingdon
Editor & Social Media Intern
Lily brings a passion for storytelling through digital media and will play an important role in helping ESM elevate its content across multiple platforms.
In her role, Lily will support the creation and editing of athlete content, assist with the production of Echelon's social media content, and help showcase the stories, partnerships, and campaigns that drive our organization forward.
